Mr. & Mrs.

While this session WAS an engagement session, it was an after the fact session. Abby and Michael wanted to go ahead and tie the proverbial knot because Michael is in the military, and well, COVID.

Shortly after their courthouse wedding, we met on a windy December afternoon to capture their love for one another. Amid wind, laughter and puppy dogs, we managed to capture some of the most fun engagement photos I've done. Laughter comes easily for Abby, but I had to work a little harder for Michael's smiles. When they came though, they were so genuine. You can tell that he loves Abby so much and that is only rivaled by their love for their dogs, Winnie and Bama! I will admit, at one point during their session, I'm PRETTY SURE I was barking to get Bama to look. She's the puppy and her attention was everywhere except on me. A girl's gotta do ...

Some of my favorite images from their session were the ones by the campfire roasting marshmallows. I love when clients are spontaneous and up for, well, anything that pops into my mind at the time. This is real life ... and real love.

I am excited that in April of this year, this couple is going to renew their vows with their family present outdoors at the beautiful Barn at Murphey Farm. Following that, they are hosting a reception for their family and friends and we will get some traditional wedding day photos.

In the mean time, enjoy some of the beautiful images we captured. Folks, this is love, happiness and ... well puppy dogs!!

Abby & Michael, I can't wait to photograph you and your family and friends as you celebrate your love and marriage! Thank you for choosing me!!
